1. GENERAL TERMS

• 1.1 This Agreement applies to all transactions involving the purchase of products from the Company and the sale of devices to the Company.
• 1.2 The Company reserves the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.
• 1.3 All transactions are subject to availability, verification, and acceptance by the Company.

2. ELIGIBILITY

• 2.1 You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age to engage in transactions with the Company.
• 2.2 By using our services, you represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

3. PRODUCT SALES (BUYING FROM US)

3.1 Product Descriptions

The Company makes reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, specifications, and pricing are accurate. However, we do not warrant that such information is error-free, complete, or current.

3.2 Orders

• 3.2.1 All orders are subject to acceptance by the Company.
• 3.2.2 The Company reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order for any reason, including but not limited to pricing errors, suspected fraud, or inventory issues.

3.3 Pricing

3.4 Payment

3.5 Delivery and Pickup

• 3.5.1 Customers may select shipping or store pickup where available.
• 3.5.2 Store pickup availability is limited to designated geographic areas and subject to verification.
• 3.5.3 The Company will provide pickup instructions after order confirmation.

3.6 Risk of Loss

All risk of loss and title for purchased products pass to the Customer upon delivery or pickup.

4. DEVICE PURCHASE PROGRAM (SELLING TO US)

4.1 Seller Representations

By submitting a device for sale, you represent and warrant that:

• You are the lawful owner of the device;
• The device is not stolen, lost, or subject to any liens or financing agreements;
• The device is not blacklisted or otherwise restricted;
• All information provided is accurate and complete;

4.2 Offer and Acceptance

• 4.2.1 Any price quote provided is an estimated offer only and is not binding.
• 4.2.2 Final offers are determined after physical inspection of the device.

4.3 Device Shipment or Drop-Off

• 4.3.1 Sellers may ship their device or drop it off at an approved location.
• 4.3.2 Shipping labels, if provided, are subject to Company discretion and conditions.
• 4.3.3 The Company is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers such as FedEx.

4.4 Inspection Process

• 4.4.1 Upon receipt, the Company will inspect the device to verify condition and functionality.
• 4.4.2 If the device condition differs from the submitted description, the Company may:
  • Revise the offer; or
  • Reject the device

4.5 Revised Offers

• 4.5.1 Sellers will be notified of any revised offer.
• 4.5.2 Sellers may accept or reject the revised offer within a specified timeframe.

4.6 Rejection and Return

• 4.6.1 If a seller rejects the revised offer, the device may be returned at the seller's expense.
• 4.6.2 The Company is not liable for any loss or damage during return shipping.

4.7 Payment

• 4.7.1 Payment will only be issued after inspection and final acceptance.
• 4.7.2 Payment methods and timelines are determined by the Company.

5. RETURNS AND REFUNDS (BUYERS)

5.1 Return Period

Customers may return eligible products within fourteen (14) days from the date of delivery.

5.2 Conditions

Returned items must:

• Be in the same condition as received;
• Include all original accessories and packaging;

5.3 Restocking Fee

A ten percent (10%) restocking fee will be applied to all approved returns.

5.4 Non-Refundable Costs

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

5.5 Inspection

All returned items are subject to inspection prior to approval of any refund.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

• Cancel transactions
• Report suspicious activity to authorities if fraud or abuse is suspected.

9. GOVERNING LAW

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

10. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be resolved through:

• Good faith negotiation; and
• If necessary, binding arbitration in the State of Georgia.
